Welcome to the Calverhall and Ightfield Family Day 2009 page. This page will change frequently as more and more shows, stalls and events are confirmed. Plans are well underway and I am pleased to be able to start listing items already. As you will see below, there is loads happening this year and it promises to be even bigger and better than before.

The day wil begin at 12 noon and will be opened by TV's Steve Leonard

Craft Fair Booking form Family Day Poster Dog Show Poster

Tom and Tillys Tom Foolery - absolute chaos and mayhem with the amazing (almost) flying robin reliant, if it can go wrong it will for this great family attraction.

Mid Wales Falconry will be here with many birds for you to see and also demonstrating flight and hunting skills of these amazing birds.

Whitchurch Dog Display Team will be back again to show just how easy it is to train your dog (haha they haven't seen mine!!) Some of the control and agility these lovely animals show is just amazing to watch.

Celidh Band - keeping us entertained all day, feel free to dance around the field, we won't take the mickey too much!!

Pinxton Puppets - Bringing Punch and Judy style childrens entertainment in to the present day. Fantastic fun for the whole family. Free shows throughout the day. Click here for more information from the Pinxton Puppets website.
